His big brother Titus has Cerebral Palsy. He can't walk, hear or eat food, but Tobias is determined his brother will get outside, have fun and feel the wind against his cheeks like the other kids do.

On Friday Tobias, Titus and their mother, joined News 9 while gearing up for the big race.

was a heartwarming story on News 9 at 10 p.m. Thursday night. A young boy
reached out to Kelley Ogle and Amanda Taylor, with a special request to help
out his older brother.
Tobias
Bass, 10, wrote a letter to Kelley and Amanda asking, in short, to help him
give his disabled brother the opportunity to play outside like a normal child
