2 cinnamon sticks
5-8 whole cloves
1 apple cut up
a handful or two of fresh cranberries
orange peel (1 orange)
a few shakes of cinnamon
apple juice or apple cider (to cover)
Throw everything in a medium sauce pot or small crock pot and fill it up with apple juice or apple cider). Bring to boil then turn your stove down as low as it goes to a simmer. (For crock pot start on high til you smell the it cooking then turn to low and let simmer the rest of the day.
Watch to make sure your juice doesn't all evaporate.
